The Hart County Board of Commissioners met August 19^th, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. in the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2004 budget.

Chairman Randy Banister presided with Commissioners R C Oglesby (partially), Daniel Reyen and Ricky Carter. Commissioner Joey Dorsey was out of town on business.
