The Hart County Board of Commissioners met March 15^th, 2005 at 12 noon in the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

Chairman R C Oglesby presided with Commissioners Daniel Reyen, Gary Mize, Ricky Carter and Joey Dorsey in attendance.

Chairman Oglesby called the meeting to order and announced that the purpose of the work session is to discuss the Beer & Wine Ordinance and no public comments would be allowed.

Chairman Oglesby assigned Commissioner Reyen and Mize to research distance requirements, Commissioners Carter and Dorsey to research provisions for violations. The Chairman will research accidents related to alcohol.

The County Attorney was directed to rearrange the ordinance to clearly define the entrance to an establishment, provisions for violations, criteria for each type of license arranged in a stand alone section, and add a distance requirement for establishments from a Recreational Center.

The meeting was adjourned.
