The Hart County Board of Commissioners met
Chairman R C Oglesby presided with Commissioners Daniel
Reyen, Ken Brown and Joey Dorsey in attendance. Commissioner Gary Mize was
absent.
Commissioner Dorsey entertained a motion to amend the agenda
to include a broken windshield for a Recreation employee and workers
compensation insurance coverage. Commissioner Brown provided a second to the
motion. The motion carried 4-0.
Chairman Oglesby entertained a motion to adopt the 2007
taxing gross Millage rate of 20.65 mills. Commissioner Brown provided a second
to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.
Commissioner Dorsey entertained a motion to adopt the sales
tax & insurance premium tax rollback resolution for the 2007 taxing year of
4.268 mills. Commissioner Brown provided a second to the motion. The motion
carried 4-0.
Commissioner Reyen entertained a motion to pay for the
broken windshield from a lawnmower accident for Rec. Associate, Craft.
Commissioner Dorsey provided a second to the motion. The motion carried
4-0.
Chairman Oglesby entertained a motion to put the workers
compensation insurance coverage out for bid. Commissioner Dorsey provided a
second to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.
Chairman Oglesby entertained a motion to adjourn the
meeting. Commissioner Reyen provided a second to the motion. The motion carried
4-0.
